Description
Blackhawk Visit Day provides a great opportunity to explore SCC as post high school educational option. The day includes a campus tour, information about the admissions process and financial aid, a meeting with faculty, lunch and so much more.
The September 11th visit day is held in conjunction with our "Blackhawk Bash". Current and prospective students can enjoy a BBQ, music, and yard games while visiting with campus clubs and organizations.

- Will lunch be provided?
Yes lunch will be provided.
- Where do I park?
Please park in the main parking lot. You do not need a visitor tag. Parking is free!
- Can I bring a guest?
Yes, you may bring up to 2 guests that will be helping you make your college decision. If you have a friend that wants to attend, please have them register for the event separately.
- Can I meet with an advisor after or during the event?
Absolutely! You can schedule to meet with an advisor in financial aid, concurrent enrollment, or admissions. Please let us know who you'd like to meet with on the event registration form.
- Is this event free?
YES!!! And, we will even provide lunch!
- Is there a virtual option if I can't attend in person?
There is not a virtual option for this event. However, if you would like to meet with a member of our admissions team virtually, please contact us at 319-313-1923.
- Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring yourself - and a positive attitude to enjoy a great day at SCC!
- Do I need to register in advance?
Yes, please register in advance so we can have an accurate count for lunch.
